We are unleashing Tom to go all out on a bespoke menu, crafted to leave you feeling indulged and full.
The menu will take you through five courses, including:
- Amuse Bouche - Zesty lime pani puri
- Starter - Roasted beetroot and red onion tart with whipped feta
- Main course - Soy ginger marinaded king oyster mushrooms with crispy rice, garlic tofu and sesame slaw
- Palette cleanser - Kiwi and lemongrass jelly with pickled ginger and sea salt
- Dessert - Umeshu poached plum with miso almond crumb and yuzu cream
Experience a fine dining extravaganza with our fantastical twist. all dishes are suitable for vegetarians & can be slightly altered to be vegan. Allergens include sesame, gluten, milk, almonds. One drink is included with your ticket, more available to buy on the night.
